What are the differences between Break X1 and Break X2?

Break X2 is a smaller version of Break X1, with almost identical features and quality. It is just more compact, for example, it has a smaller screen size, lower power output, and fewer ports at the back. If you often host large parties, we recommend purchasing Break X1. Generally speaking, Break X2 can meet the needs of most people.

What accessories can I buy?

You can purchase a Rolling Speaker Bag with 10mm Thick Padding and a Folding Hand Truck, as well as a stand. Both Break X1 and X2 have a hole at the bottom for the stand.

Can the TWS function be used with other speakers?

TWS only supports connection between the same brand and cannot connect with other brand speakers.

Can it connect to a TV?

Yes, there is an HDMI port at the back. Besides HDMI, we also have WiFi and Bluetooth functionality.

How many microphones does your product support?

When you purchase Break X1 or X2, you will receive two wireless microphones. The back of the machine also has ports to support two wired microphones. So, a total of four microphones can be used.
When you purchase Break S1 or S2, you will receive two wireless microphones. The back of the machine also has ports to support one wired microphone. So, a total of three microphones can be used.
 

Will your product's software be continuously updated?

Yes, we will periodically perform OTA updates to add new features in the future and make Ikarao products more enjoyable.

How can you tell if the microphone is fully charged?

The red light will be on when it's being charged, and it will turn off when it's fully charged.

Does the microphone use batteries? How do you charge it?

Our microphones are fitted with inbuilt batteries, which avoid frequent replacements. For recharging, the microphone is simply replaced into its slot on the machine. The docking station stores your microphone and automatically charges them for when you are ready to go ahead and perform. This feature enhances the user experience by way of convenience and ease of use.

Can I connect to Wifi? How to connect?

Of course, you can connect your sing machine to Wi-Fi. Just pop into the 'Settings' menu, select 'Wi-Fi', and choose your network. Enter the password for Wi-Fi, and in a matter of seconds, you will be connected. You are allowed to stream your music right away, download new songs, and access features online.

Can you connect to a TV for screen casting?

Yes, our machine has an HDMI interface through which you can easily connect it to your television for screen casting. The machine could be connected with the use of an HDMI cable to your television, choosing the right HDMI input within your TV settings, and then enjoy a much larger display for your karaoke lyrics and videos. This feature is ideal for adding more fun to your karaoke parties and gatherings, making it easier for everyone to follow along and join in with your singing machine. Are your stands a universal size? What are the dimensions?

Yes, our stands are 35mm, which is a universal size on the market.

If my charger is broken or lost, what should I do?

You can purchase a new one on Amazon, and it's not necessary to buy it directly from us. If you have any issues, please contact us at support@ikarao.com.

Which Android version does this machine use?

Our karaoke singing machines run on the newest Android V13, far more advanced and smooth than other brands' machines, which often run on Android V7. This update promises an improved performance and reliability in app compatibility to improve the singing experience with the latest technological standards.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship all products directly from USA warehouses. Currently only available in the USA, but will be available in other countries later .

Will my package be charged customs duties and taxes?

We handle the payment of taxes and duties and include this pre-calculated amount in your total price during checkout. Taxes and duties are calculated based on the standard rates set by the destination country’s customs. If actual import fees exceed our calculations, we will cover the difference. However, if the actual charge is less, we will not reimburse the difference.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Express shipping usually takes 3-7 working days after you place an order and complete payment. Standard shipping takes 5-10 working days. Orders to remote areas may take longer. Delivery time depends on the specified address.

We are not liable for shipping delays or loss caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions, customs clearance delays, etc. Ikarao will try to notify customers of delays and, if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.
Orders placed over the weekend or outside of business hours (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST Monday - Friday) will be shipped the following business day. Orders with expedited shipping placed after 2:30 PM CST are NOT shipped out the same day but will be shipped the next business day.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

How are shipping costs calculated?

At present, free shipping is exclusively offered for most orders within the U.S. (excludes Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands/Armed Forces Americas/Armed Forces Europe/Armed Forces Pacific). For other countries, the total amount listed at checkout includes products and shipping costs.
For products not shipped from local warehouses, we are not responsible for duties, taxes (including VAT), and brokerage fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

What should I do if I find shipping damage or wrong items?

All Ikarao packages are sealed at the warehouse. If the box is damaged or items are missing, please contact Ikarao Customer Service for assistance.

What happens if I gave the wrong delivery address?

Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address or cannot be delivered, we will inform you by email. Couriers will hold the package for 5 days, and you may contact Ikarao or our delivery partners to arrange another delivery. If we do not hear from you within 5 days, the package will be returned to Ikarao, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is my tracking number? How can I track my order?

Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email with the order details. When the order is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number.
To track your order, please enter the tracking number on a logistics tracking website. Our suggested logistics tracking website is: https://www.17track.net/en.
Please note that the online update of logistics information may be delayed by 1-2 days. We appreciate your patience.
