My wife & I purchased the Ikarao X2 based on positive reviews, viewing online videos and communication with Ikarao support prior to ultimate purchase. We were very impressed by the number of positive reviews. Since this is our first Karaoke player, we had several questions that were answered promptly by Ikarao support staff.Out of several models the X2 was our final choice based on sound output and features. Although we are just getting started with the X2, so far, we have been very happy with the sound quality, onboard screen interface and overall functionality of the player. The player is very well built and quite solid in quality of manufacture. The two included microphones are super light and very sensitive to the voice. The various sound control features are also useful, although subtle in performance. The player quickly pairs with Bluetooth and WiFi.Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

We have a big age range in our family, 0-93, and differing abilities including adults with special needs, and others with dementia. This has given us an activity we can all enjoy and brought fun and laughter into our gatherings! The monster voice and cartoon voices are why I chose this over others, and they were a huge hit. The only thing is I wish it had more microphones, I’m hoping they come back in stock. I wish we’d gotten one sooner!

I bought this for my office party. At home, it worked with the WIFI, it did not work at the party location (hotel ballroom WIFI), I used bluetooth and my phone. The Karofun subscription did not have a 6 month free option (as indicated in the product description) so I paid. A song listed as available would not play, not sure why that was. YouTube App is shown on the machine but not preloaded, so I get a message that this is not available to me. I do not find information about how to add this app, if that is possible. I would be happier about this purchase if the instructions available, even if online, were less bare bones.

I've messed before with trying to get a karaoke system setup at home before. It was a hassle. This thing made it all easy. Sounds great and super simple. Works amazing with Karafun. Highly recommended!

Wow! I have a speaker and separate microphone that require extra steps for set up and the feedback is terrible. I'm 100% satisfied and impressed with the power and quality of my new karaoke machine. This karaoke has 0 feedback and the sound is crisp and clear! This machine has also changed our family parties. It brings joy, laughter, and good vibes. Thank you 😊. You need the get this karaoke. UPDATE: After testing out a few more karaoke machines, and giving this one a longer try, I'm updating my review of this to add back more stars.This is definitely the luxury brand of karaoke machine. The speaker sounds great, it provides a lot of connectivity options, and the microphones sound excellent. I also really like that the microphones charge while set inside their slots in the box.The built in tablet is what sets this apart from most other machines. You can run the Karafun app directly on this machine without needing to use another device like an iPad. That makes it truly an all in one solution.There is an HDMI output so you can connect a TV and the lyrics from the Karafun app will show up on the screen. However, this is the feature that prevents this from being a 5 star review. For whatever reason, when an external screen is connected, the performance of the tablet absolutely tanks. The animations on the lyrics get super choppy, and the touch screen lags a lot. This was the cause of most of my frustrations from my first review after using it only for a few minutes. I realized later that I had been testing it entirely with an external screen connected. As soon as I unplugged the external screen, the performance improves again and it's great. So sadly it's not the best way to get the lyrics onto a large TV screen.The workaround for the HDMI output is to run Karafun on an iPad or computer, and connect via bluetooth to this machine. Then you can run the HDMI out from your iPad/computer to a TV and everything is happy.It is nice that the machine has a bluetooth mode so you can always fall back to not using the built in software on the tablet if you want.I just wish they had used a slightly more powerful CPU for this, and one that could also handle HDMI out well!-------------ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOWSo this thing is definitely fun, and sounds great and is nice and loud, but I was not super impressed with the touch screen.First, the good parts. The microphones sound good, and they charge and store in the box, which is super convenient. Getting this running took no time at all, just turn it on and choose which app you want to use (I used KaraFun) and go! The HDMI output is also great in case you want to put the lyrics up on a larger TV.But, it turns out there are some major downsides to bundling the screen with this.The screen is basically a built in Android tablet. They've done a good job of covering up all the Android-ness so you barely notice it. That's how it runs the Karafun app which was one of the reasons I got this in the first place.I tried a few songs in Karafun, worked fine, then started a download of the top 500 songs. After the download was finished, the app was running super slowly. Some of the buttons on the box were unresponsive. Finally I got the Android notice "Karafun isn't responding / Close app / wait" popup, but even that was unresponsive. I also had one time where the little side menu just disappeared completely and I had to restart the device to get it to come back.I tried running KaraFun on my iPad and connected via Bluetooth to the amp and it worked a ton better.

My only concern is the app, hoe they have a home screen button. Other than that, works great for me.

This is a FUN! Karaoke Machine / We can use it for karaoke and loud sound while at a conference, and we can use microphones. The machine is not too big or too small, perfect to carry and take it anywhere, good sounds and fun songs you can choose from different levels to make your voice sound better.

My mother loved this gift she said it was her favorite birthday present she's ever had.

My daughter had a backyard wedding and the bluetooth option with speakers and wireless mic's worked beautifully. After the ceremony, the machine was used for my daughter's hand selected playlist and later on when the party got moving, karaoke broke out and was a blast. Highly recommended for any function where people love to party and sing!!!

Hubby and I love our new Karaoke machine! Even got a new stand for it! Also subscribed to the KaraFun app for the time being but there are a bunch on YouTube to pick from if you don’t mind searching that way. It is just easier to use the app. If I find we aren’t using it as much I will just cancel the $10 per monthly subscription. Even bought mic stands during Cyber Monday to get the full karaoke experience when I don’t feel like holding the microphone. The whole machine is amazing. The lights, the sound, and everything is just so cool. I have waited a long time to buy just the right one. This is the perfect one for us!!! Every Philipino household usually has one…this one now is no exception thanks to my wonderful hubby he bought us the best karaoke machine rated number one for 2024. He’s the best!! And this one is the best and worth every penny!!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this little karaoke machine. The sound quality is impressive and the microphones very professional. I love how they tuck inside the machine and charge automatically. No batteries to worry about. It is easy to store (I keep it on my kitchen counter so it's handy whenever I feel like singing) and easy to hook up to the TV so others can read the lyrics and join in the fun! It is also very portable. Though it feels a little heavy (which is due to the excellent speakers), I find it easy to transport. It also comes with a free six-month subscription to the Karafun app, which I highly recommend along with this little machine.

This is a quality product right out of the box. Yes seems expensive but it sounds good and does fill a medium size room with good volume. It's size makes it very portable and doesn't take up a lot of room. Microphones work very well and are clear. Can plug in or use the battery which is nice feature.
